Petrol or Pamper Terms and Conditions

 1. The entrants must be Australian residents over 18, not employees (or members of their families) of Regent Motors Group of Companies, or anyone connected with the draw. 2. Prize draw is open to anyone who has their car serviced by either Scarboro Toyota or Galleria Toyota the end of the calendar month. 3. By giving Scarboro Toyota or Galleria Toyota your details you are agreeing that you are willing to enter future correspondence with Scarboro Toyota or Galleria Toyota. 4. Only one entry per person is allowed. 5. Winner of the ‘Petrol or Pamper’ prize will have the opportunity to choose either a $250 Fuel Card or a $250 Coles Myers Gift Card. Only one prize will be given per month. 6. Total prize is worth $250. 7. The prize may change at any time. 8. Prize is subject to availability. 9. All vouchers are valid for one year. 10. Vehicles booked in for a service after the closing date will not be included in the draw. Cancelled services, change of dates to after the closing date of the draw and bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw. The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are not received for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to technical difficulties or malfunctions. 11. All services must be started before the end of the calendar month. 12. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered. 13. Winner will be notified 7 days after the prize draw closing date. 14. Winner agrees to take part in future promotional activity. Judges decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
